We are looking for an experienced, self-sufficient social media and content professional who is ready to hit the ground running from day one.

You will own TikTok and Instagram Reels entirely — strategy, production, posting, and performance reporting — with full creative autonomy and direct access to leadership. This is not an assistant role. We want someone who already knows what they are doing and is ready to make an immediate impact.

• Plan, produce, and publish short-form video content on TikTok and Instagram Reels — primarily screen recordings and voiceovers demonstrating ScholarStudio in action
• Develop and execute a consistent content calendar across both platforms — with the speed and instinct to capitalise on trending audio and formats as they emerge
• Build and engage an audience in the student, study, and productivity communities — responding to comments, stitching relevant content, and identifying creator partnership opportunities
• Deliver weekly performance reports covering reach, follower growth, engagement, and link clicks — with your own analysis and recommendations
• Shape the brand voice, visual identity, and tone of ScholarStudio's presence online — working directly with the founder to evolve the creative direction over time

Proven experience managing social media accounts — you have a track record of growing an audience, not just posting content

• Strong command of short-form video production and editing — CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent tools at a professional standard
• Fully autonomous and remote-ready — you manage your own time, meet deadlines without being chased, and communicate proactively
• Excellent written English — captions, hooks, and on-screen copy must be compelling and polished
• A portfolio or examples of past work you are proud of — we want to see what you have already built
