The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in manufacturing accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead the finance team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage general ledger, financial statements, and monthly/annual closing processesOversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlEnsure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulationsMonitor accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliationsPrepare financial reports and provide strategic recommendations to managementSupervise and mentor junior accounting staffWork closely with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodiesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldICAN/ACCA certification is requiredMinimum of 5–7 years accounting experience (manufacturing experience is an added advantage)Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and financial reportingExcellent analytical, leadership, and communication skillsProficiency in accounting software and MS ExcelHow to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates should send their CVs to: Hi@deloyjob.com
