Role DescriptionThis is a full - time on - site role for a Rider Recruitment & Operations Manager, located in Lekki. The Rider Recruitment & Operations Manager will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new riders, managing rider operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards, and optimizing delivery routes and schedules. Additionally, this role involves coordinating training programs, conducting performance evaluations, resolving operational issues, and maintaining records. The manager will also regularly liaise with riders and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.QualificationsExperience in recruitment, onboarding, and training processesStrong operational management skills, including route optimization and schedulingOrganizational and record - keeping skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem - solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work independently and manage a teamProficiency in using relevant software and toolsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or related field is preferredExperience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
