Role DescriptionThis is a full - time on - site role for a Rider Recruitment & Operations Manager, located in Lekki. The Rider Recruitment & Operations Manager will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new riders, managing rider operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards, and optimizing delivery routes and schedules. Additionally, this role involves coordinating training programs, conducting performance evaluations, resolving operational issues, and maintaining records.
