We are looking for Restaurant Managers to lead our Outlets. The Ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintaining high profitability, productivity, quality, and customer - service standards.RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate daily Front and Back of the House restaurant operationsDeliver superior service and maximize customer satisfactionOrganize and supervise shiftsAppraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivityEstimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning productsEnsure compliance with sanitation and safety regulationsControl operational costs and identify measures to cut wasteCreate detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expensesPromote the brand in the local community through word - of - mouth and restaurant eventsRecommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)Train new and current employees on proper customer service practicesImplement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS REQUIRED2 - 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or F&B ManagerB.Sc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary school training is a plusProven customer service experience as a managerExtensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledgeFamiliarity with restaurant management softwareStrong leadership, motivational and people skillsFinancial management skills such as intermediate use of Excel for reportingIf you are interested and qualified, please send your CV to: hr@krispykreme.ng or hr@dodopizza.ng using Restaurant Manager as the subject of the email
