ResponsibilitiesMonitor project progress and performance against established plans, schedules, and budgets. Implement effective project monitoring systems to track key metrics and milestones. Analyze project data to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies. Collaborate with project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. Generate comprehensive project monitoring reports for management and stakeholders. Work closely with cross - functional teams to integrate project monitoring tools and technologies. Provide timely and accurate updates to project stakeholders on the status of ongoing projects. Evaluate project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization in project monitoring processes. Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records. Maintaining the security of confidential documents. Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team. Liaising with managers and employees to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise Keep the client team up to date on progress to present to the client Present information for internal meetings on the project Prepare Tenders Filing and archiving relevant documentation. Retrieving files for other employees and customers when needed. Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department.  QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of work experience in project monitoring within the oil and gas industry. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Must have knowledge of sharepointExcellent analytical and problem - solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with relevant software for project monitoring and reporting. Ability to thrive in a fast - paced and dynamic work environment. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the oil and gas sector. Must have experience in navigating through Ariba and Nipex platformMust have a PMP Certification
