Our client, a major pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation requires the services of the following roles:v REGULATORY PHARMACISTv PRODUCTION PHARMACISTv ASSOCIATE PRODUCTION MANAGER1.     Regulatory Pharmacist o   Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).o   Current registration with Pharmacists Council of [Country].o   2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably in [dosage forms: tablets, capsules, injectables, creams, etc.].o   Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements (NAFDAC, WHO, FDA, etc.).o   Proficiency in documentation and compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing guidelines.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)o   Compliance with cGMP and SOPs (zero critical deviations).o   Batch rejection and rework rates.o   Production yield and efficiency.o   Timely completion of production schedules.o   Audit readiness and compliance status.o   Staff training and competency development.2.     Production Pharmacist o  Minimum Education: B. Pharm .o  License: Must be a registered and licensed Pharmacist with PCNo  Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years in regulatory affairs and pharmaceutical productionSkills:o  Strong knowledge of Nigerian pharmaceutical regulationso  Excellent communication and documentation skillso  Ability to manage compliance and regulatory auditso  Familiarity with GMP, CGMP, and pharmacovigilance practices3.     Production Manager – Ogun Stateo  Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (B. Pharm)o  Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.o  Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and other regulatory compliance (e.g., NAFDAC, WHO, FDA).o  Proven experience in tablet, capsule, liquid, or sterile dosage forms is an added advantage.o  Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP,).o  Strong leadership, communication, and problem - solving skills.o  Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast - paced environment.Please note, all roles are based in Ogun State.
