We are seeking a detail-oriented MEAL Officer to strengthen the organisation's Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning systems.

The role focuses on tracking programme performance, ensuring data quality, and supporting evidence-based decision-making to ensure projects deliver measurable impact and meet donor standards.

• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Design data collection tools, indicators, and reporting templates.
• Track project performance and conduct baseline, midline, and endline assessments.
• Analyse programme data and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure data quality, documentation, and timely donor reporting.
• Facilitate learning sessions and manage feedback and accountability systems.
• Support staff capacity building on MEAL tools and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field Master's degree is an advantage.
• Must have 3-5 years' experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within an NGO or development organisation. Strong knowledge of M&E methodologies and tools.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
