Our client in the Food and Beverage Industry is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions across its outlets and support units. If you are qualified, and ready to lead the team that feeds our client's growth, we'd love to hear from youWho We Are Looking For...You are an experienced professional with relevant HR experience, preferably within the hospitality, QSR, or FMCG sector.You are a purpose - driven leader with strong People Management and Employee Relations skills, focused on building a positive workplace culture.You possess functional competencies in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Capacity Building, including translating SOPs into functional training materials.You are capable of strategic decision - making and providing critical HR analytics and insights to management.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingYou will lead the recruitment process for all roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.You will coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new employees.You will maintain an updated manpower plan aligned with operational and expansionneeds.Training & DevelopmentYou will identify training needs across departments and implement training plans.You will translate SOPs into functional training materials for operational roles.You will track training participation, effectiveness, and time - to - productivity.Performance ManagementYou will oversee the performance management system and ensure compliance with timelines.You will support outlet leads in setting and reviewing employee performance targets.You will analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Employee Relations & EngagementYou will build a positive workplace culture through open communication and employee engagement initiatives.You will manage grievances and disciplinary matters professionally and in line with company policy.You will advise management on employee morale, retention, and welfare strategies.HR Operations & ComplianceYou will maintain up - to - date HR records, including attendance, leave, and payroll data.You will ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (PAYE, pensions, etc.).You will periodically review and update HR policies to reflect best practices and legal standards.Compensation & BenefitsYou will support payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.You will review salary structures and recommend adjustments aligned with market competitiveness.You will manage employee benefits and recognition programs.Organizational Development & ReportingYou will provide HR analytics and insights for management decision - making.You will support organizational restructuring and workforce planningYou will prepare and submit periodic HR reports to management.What Success Looks Like...Achieving specific, measurable targets for employee retention/turnover and consistently meeting the organization's talent acquisition timelines and quality metrics.Maintaining a high compliance rate with all statutory and regulatory requirements, and ensuring the HRIS is fully functional and utilized for accurate reporting.Demonstrating the effectiveness of the training and development programs through improved time - to - productivity and measurable gains in operational performance metrics.Achieving high scores on employee satisfaction metrics and effectively managing employee relations, evidenced by prompt and fair Conflict Management resolution.To be considered for this role you should have...Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related discipline.Minimum of 5 years' relevant HR experience, preferably within the hospitality, QSR, or FMCG sector.Strong skills in People Management, Communication, Negotiation/Persuasion, and Employee Relations.HRIS awareness, report presentation skills, and proven knowledge of statutory compliance.Must possess Emotional Intelligence, Integrity, Charisma, and be Purpose - Driven with strong problem - solving and decision - making skills.Competitive CompensationCompetitive CompensationReal opportunity to shape the organizational culture, workforce planning, and operational effectiveness across all outlets of a growing hospitality brand.
