The Head of Tro-vest Asset Management will be responsible for leading the asset management division, driving funds mobilization, growing Assets Under Management (AuM), and overseeing the development and marketing of investment products. The role involves managing institutional and high-net-worth client relationships, supervising treasury and investment sales teams, and ensuring the division achieves its revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the Asset Management division.
- Drive aggressive fund mobilization and Assets Under Management (AuM) growth through institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth clients.
- Develop and execute strategies for treasury sales, investment advisory, and wealth management services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Supervise and guide treasury sales officers, wealth managers, and retail sales teams to achieve set targets.
- Develop and launch innovative investment products and asset management solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
- Work closely with the investment team to structure competitive investment portfolios and products for clients.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports, business strategies, and growth plans to executive management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to grow the asset management business.
- Oversee marketing and promotion of the division’s flagship products, including digital/fintech investment platforms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Personal Funds Mobilization Target: Minimum of ₦10 Billion.
- Divisional Funds Mobilization Target: Minimum of ₦15 Billion.
- Combined Target: ₦25 Billion in Assets Under Management (AuM).
- Growth in institutional and high-net-worth client portfolio.
- Successful development and launch of new investment products.
