Maintain complete and proper records of revenue, expenditure, assets, and liabilities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Contribute to the accuracy of the books in his/her scope of responsibilityMonitor all the processes on workflow and report to ensure all the process are working efficiently.Manage Sage ERP including all related requests and queries.Manage account payables and receivables activitiesCoordinate with External Auditors and Tax Consultants for the yearly audits.Prepare information and computations for filing of VAT and WHT remittances.Ensure monthly remittances and documentation of PAYE returns, ECS, NHF and other statutory deductions.Manage accounting for fixed assets, asset depreciation and the disposition of fixed assets.Manage the treasury payment procress. Ensure that all accounting payment requests including payments to vendors and suppliers are processed based on the approved PO or service level agreement - SLAAnalyze expense reports to assign payments to the proper cost centers and ensure timely reimbursementsPerform bank reconciliations, ensure that all postings and bank statement balances are double - checked and signed off.Maintain systematic and adequate filing of all documents.Manage the required intercompany transactions including adherence to intercompany contracts and fufilment of relevant obligations.Perform all other adminsitrative tasks as may be required.Value addedSupport cross functional programs with colleagues to identify and implement efficiencies, cost savings and assist local process governance.Contribute to local process optimization, automation and further development of standard tools and reports.
