Field Credit Officer

• Actively promote and sell our loan products and services to small business owners within your assigned territory.

• Conduct regular field visits to assess loan applications, evaluate applicant suitability, and guide clients through the entire application and approval process.

• Perform thorough credit assessments, approve eligible loans, disburse funds, and actively monitor loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments.

• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients in your territory.

• Strictly adhere to all company credit policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for loan disbursements, portfolio growth, and collections/recovery.

• Minimum qualification: NCE or OND.

• Experience: 0–1 year in microfinance, banking, sales, or field-based credit/marketing roles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be currently residing in Ile-Ife, Osun or its immediate surroundings.

• Must be available to start work immediately candidates who cannot commence promptly will not be considered.
