We are seeking a Credit Ops to protect the portfolio. This role is responsible for verifying quality, conducting underwriting checks, monitoring fraud, investigating incidents, and enforcing controls across the aggregator network.

Min Qualification: HND

Experience Level: Mid level

Experience Length: 3 years

Working Hours: Full Time

Job descriptions & requirements

  • Design and enforce verification and approval checklists
  • Monitor fraud signals: duplicates, device swaps, agent anomalies, document patterns
  • Run investigations and coordinate sanctions/clawbacks with field leadership
  • Create weekly risk reporting: cohort performance, early 11 delinquency signals, exceptions
  • Feed control improvements back into product and ops processes
  • 3+ years in underwriting, verification, fraud operations, or lending operations
  • BSc/HND in Banking & Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Statistics, or related discipline
  • Strong judgment and ability to enforce process discipline
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets/data to spot patterns
  • Experience in device financing, agent network fraud, or high-volume KYC environments is advantageous
