The purpose of this consultancy is to buildthe technical capacityof Tdh-supported partnersto design high-quality projects, develop competitive funding proposals, and implement effective fundraising strategies aligned with donor priorities and community needs.

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

• Understand the donor funding landscapeinstitutional, foundations, privatesector, and philanthropic donors.
• Develop strong project concepts aligned with donor priorities and community needs.
• Write clear, compelling, and compliant grant proposals.
• Develop realistic budgets and supporting narratives.
• Improve proposal review,quality assurance, and submission readiness.

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Conducting a brief pre-training needs assessment.
• Designing a context-specific training curriculum and agenda.
• Delivering participatory, hands-on training sessionscovering:
  • Overview of the donor and funding landscape.
  • Project identification and concept note development.
  • Problem analysis, stakeholder analysis, and Theoryof Change.
