WE ARE HIRING: CHURCH OFFICE MANAGERCEDARS House of Grace is seeking a highly organized, spiritually grounded, and administratively skilled individual to step into the role of Church Office Manager.This role is pivotal to the smooth, efficient, and excellent operation of our church’s administrative and physical environments.Location: LekkiWork Type: Full - time / Volunteer / Hybrid (as applicable)Key Responsibilities Include:Administrative & Office Management • Oversee daily church office operations • Manage communication across departments and ministries • Maintain records, databases, and documentation systems • Schedule and coordinate meetings, bookings, and church activities • Support pastoral leadership with administrative needs • Ensure compliance with internal policies and proceduresFacility Management & Operations • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of church facilities • Coordinate repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules • Supervise vendors, technicians, cleaners, and security personnel • Ensure proper use of spaces including halls, offices, rooms and storage areas • Implement health, safety and security standards • Manage inventory, equipment and suppliesLeadership & Coordination • Work closely with Service teams • Support service flow and operational excellence during programs • Manage volunteers in assigned units • Report directly to the Minister - in - Charge / Church LeadershipIdeal Candidate Should Have:• Strong administrative and organisational skills • Experience in office or facility management (preferred) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High sense of responsibility, integrity and confidentiality • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Spiritual maturity and commitment to church values • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google WorkspaceBonus Attributes: • Problem - solving mindset • Event coordination experience • Budgeting and procurement understanding • Knowledge of basic maintenance systemsInterested applicants should submit: A CV and brief statement of faith/service experience to:office@wearecedars.comApplication deadline: 19th December, 2025.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
