The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and experienced in converting leads into paying clients. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage new clients while managing company - generated leadsConvert prospects into active clients and maintain strong long term relationshipsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting, presentation, negotiation to closing - Follow up with clients consistently to maintain a healthy sales pipeline - Collaborate with the Media and Marketing teams to execute sales campaigns and promotions - Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to create better strategies - Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports Requirements - Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, business development, or a similar role - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships - Good time management, follow - up, and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools - HND/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage - Experience in real estate, training, or business advisory is an added advantage RemunerationN100,000 to N120,000 monthly plus commission.
